All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment cannot be verified.

5. Orders and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is processed promptly. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at info@ajkingusa.com. We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been dispatched.

6. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are 5–10 business days, depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ajkingusa.com with your order number. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
