Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with AJ King USA. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order with us.

1. Shipping Destination

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (if available at checkout)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

AJ King USA is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

• Check with neighbors or other members of your household
• Check around your property and any secure delivery locations
• Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
• Contact us at info@ajkingusa.com if the issue is not resolved

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. AJ King USA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@ajkingusa.com. We will do our best to update it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

8. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ajkingusa.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A description of the damage
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with a replacement or refund.
