Return and Refund Policy

At AJ King USA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts, or returned after the 30-day window will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@ajkingusa.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in our return instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • The item arrived defective or damaged
  • We sent the wrong item

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item and would like an exchange, please contact us at info@ajkingusa.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not offer size or color exchanges at this time. If you ordered the wrong size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item

We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or full refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may vary
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay
  4. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ajkingusa.com
